We give you the opportunity in only 3 days to know the famous and wonderful archeology of San Pedro, enjoying a nice trekking for the Toconao town, Atacama SALT, Tatio Geysers, Moon Valley and the village of Chiu Chiu joined its singular church.

DAY 01: CALAMA / SAN PEDRO DE ATACAMA / MOON VALLEY

Reception and transfer to San Pedro de Atacama, from Calama airport. At 15:00 hrs in winter / 16:00 hrs. in summer, departure from the hotel to The Moon Valley. In the way which join San Pedro with Calama, stop for photographing the Salt Mountain from a viewing point. After in the moon valley, we will visit the salt statues "Las Tres Marías", the salt mine, the salt caverns and we will look the evening since a big sand dune. Come back to hotel. Lodging.

DAY 02: ARCHAEOLOGICAL TOUR / ATACAMA SALT LAKE / TOCONAO

Breakfast in the hotel. At 09:00 hrs. Visit to Pukará del Quitor and the salt mountain. Arrive to Tulor ruins with more than 3,000 years old. Come back to San Pedro for the Séquitor Ayllú. Come back to hotel at 13:00 hrs. At 16:00 hrs departure to The Atacama salt. Arrive to Toconao town. Visit to the town (30 minutes). Alter that we will visit the stone quarry Liparita in the Jeréz Valley. Continuing, we will visit the Atacama salt, we will reach to the Chaxa Lagoon, for looking the flamingoes and wait the evening. Come back to hotel at 21:00 hrs approximately. Lodging in the selected hotel.

DAY 03: TATIO GEYSERS

Departure at 04:00 am from the hotel. Arrive at 07:00 to the Tatio Geysers (4320 m). Breakfast and trekking to the different geysers and shower in the thermal swimming pool. Come back to San Pedro de Atacama by Machuca, a typical atacameñan town. Transfer to airport.

ARCHAEOLOGICAL TOUR

Entering towards Quitor, a fort constructed in the XII century lies on the top of a hill on the river of San Pedro, the Quitor Pukara is one old indigenous strength which data of more than 700 years. Tulor, with archaeological sites where towns of the age of stone can be found (500-600 AC) which have been excavated. Visit to the atacameñan culture with the places of great archaeological importance; this route committed in amazing history and ancestor to keeps San Pedro de Atacama.

ATACAMA SALTLAKE

Enjoy of the great atacameñan culture and admire the great variety of typical crafts of Toconao with alpaca wool, llamas, guanaco, articles made with cactus, wood and volcanic stone.

GEYSERS AND TOWNS

The excursion consists in visit the most representative towns of San Pedro de Atacama with its typical infrastructure accompanied by its crafts; towns such as Chiu-Chiu and Caspana, all it accompanied by a phenomenal visit to the geysers.
